Return Policy

  1. Eligibility
    You may return items within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  2. How to Request a Return

    • We will review your request and provide you with return instructions (including the return address).
  3. Return Shipping
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to damage, defect, or our error.
  4. Refunds

    • If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
    • Shipping charges are non‑refundable (unless the return is our fault).
  5. Exchanges
    If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund.
  6. Non‑Returnable Items
    Some products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These may include (but are not limited to) opened personal care items, consumables, and digital products.
  7. Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos/details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our cost.
