Return Policy
- Eligibility
You may return items within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. - How to Request a Return

- We will review your request and provide you with return instructions (including the return address).
- Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to damage, defect, or our error. - Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
- Shipping charges are non‑refundable (unless the return is our fault).
- Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund. - Non‑Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These may include (but are not limited to) opened personal care items, consumables, and digital products. - Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos/details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our cost.
